So I just started acouple days ago and I really like a game... Unfortunately the donation house hasnt worked for andriod since I started.. is anyone else having this issue?

PayPal fees aren't an issue, and adding an additional payment system is not a straight forward process. The trust value of PayPal is also very valuable. It's not one we have any plans to replace. - SVD_NL [2363978]

If you log in with a browser you can use donator house. Don't use the app for that

Please provide another payment method without using a credit card. I'd really love to use it. Something like Googleplay or steam wallet XD
Yeah I just figured everything out .. i mean it's kinda shitty they haven't put out Google pay yet... But j guess I can wait lol .. this game reminds me of drug dealer on newgrounds... Except this time you can actually upgrade stats join factions and so much more ???

The primary reason we put it off was due to the cost involved, PayPal charge around 2% per transaction compared to 30% for Googleplay - their policy update has forced a change but we are at the stage now where it should be a net benefit for Torn. :)

To sign up to subscription services (like subscriber status on torn), you must have a verified PayPal account. You can verify your account by adding either a credit card, or automatic collection from your bank account. If you choose to do this, I would highly recommend setting up two factor authentication on PayPal for security reasons.

To add to that, due to recent changes in PSD2 legislation in the EU you will need to have 2FA in order to make payments with Torn anyway.

It requires me to use the third party in order to top up my Paypal balance. Would be nice if it doesn't
Like a normal bank transaction right? The automatic top up should only be required for being a subscriber, not for buying donator packs.
For being a subscriber it has to verify you've got enough credit, dealing with payment errors is a lot of work for developers

Did you look into Dwolla? It's competing with Paypal, but is lesser known. The merchant transaction fees are lower.
