Black Oxfords

"The Black Oxfords" are a clothing item.
They have no stats.
Is there a reason that they have to replace my combat boots to equip?

And I might hear things like "You can't put these shoes over combat boots..."
But you show me in what world "Xanax" gives most people energy and not speed...

It is more for the cosmetic looks.
And it would be nice to see what our Character looks like prior to going into a fight.

This is because Black Oxfords don't fit over the top of Combat Boots.

And Xanax doesn't give you more energy than speed.
But it was a good suggestion.

Sometimes some people just have things back ass-backward.
