The winning number will be drawn by using the last 2 digits of the torn city stock exchanges current price at 20:00 TCT the day the last ticket is sold (if the last ticket is purchased after 20:00 it will be 08:00 TCT the following day)

for example on the 1st of feb at 20:00 the price of TCSE was $10,867.340 so the winning number would be ticket 40. The following day at 08:00 TCT it was at $10,836.784 so the winning ticket would be ticket number 84.
