Selling on the item market is always better than selling in the east side stores, except for a few items that have the same market value as the shops (lots of cars have that)

Good way to earn money is to buy beers from the stores, and sell it for almost 100x as much on the market!

Do you mean buy from the market to sell at the shops?
That are the items with a value close to the money you get for selling it at the city stores, and look out for when they drop below that.
That are the cheaper cars, some weapons, some armors, throwing knives. Or find a really good deal.
It's not too hard to check for yourself.

You might have some trouble getting an answer to this question because prices paid by the stores are so low, they aren't worth it compared to the market. So pretty much no one does it. Unless you get the items for free or close to it, selling there is a loss.

The only thing worth selling at the shops are cars at the docks. Most cars cost exactly the same price as on item market.
I would suggest to look towards cars, weapons, grenades/HEG's and some clothing items too They often cross the line to being worth buying in the market to sell at the shops. Occasionally you'll even come across a Donator pack that someone has put in their bazaar at less than pawn shop price too!
From items you get day to day, most are more valuable selling in market/bazaar than selling back to the city stores.
