Just be patient and keep training. At level 15, consider traveling to sell plushies and flowers, that will help immensely!

Always check City Map for items as well. It’s rare but can help if you’re lucky.

Selling losses is the fastest way to increase income.

Go to the Attack Forum, there you will see people buying losses. That will be the easiest money until you reach level 15 and can fly. If you are selling losses, as soon as you get paid, buy points. Ya, you might take a slight hit when selling them later, but it's quite stable and easy to move them. This will make a place to effectively store money, so you don't have to worry about getting mugged. Another alternative is to find a faction that will let you store your money there.

Begging will only get you bounties and hate on the forum, so don't ask for free things except for advice. Even then, there is a proper place for that in the Questions and Answers Forum section.
