Everyone was given mug protection when torn came up like Rca said. Not a bug. Closing the report. Edit: From the announcement - Please note, users who haven't logged in yet will have automatic mug protection for 12 hours.

I think they put in some sort of mugging protection for a short while after the downtime - was this after Torn was restored?
23:20:30 is the time I got mugged.
