so i've been playing this game for over 5 months and the only thing that hard to understand is the DRUG and BOOSTER notifications on android app, for some reason I get no notifications about these two, is there is any way I could fix it or explain me, cause i could be miss understanding.

Ive done it, but nothing seem happened
Ok make sure the buttons below that are green as well. And click speaker icon on bottom page to see if you accidentally pressed silent or not. If all look good but not working, check your phone setting notification for Torn app. Is it allowed or not.
Done, everything is on in and out the app, does joining the beta version at the play store affect it?
