I heard from the old forums that there was a chess game in torn. But, i can't find the chess. Is it deleted or i'm not looking deeper?

It was removed very quickly after it was created due to too much scripting abuse I believe.
A week quickly?
Chess was originally meant to be like a casino game.
However, as people would often just put a max level AI into the game, they could easily get past anygame and win all the money. It basically meant that no one was actually playing chess.
They quickly removed it, though I don't think that it was a week quick, it was swift action.
