Is there a chance to find valuable items in the dump? or just purely garbage items? I always finds bricks, watch and tissues..

Sometimes, especially during a Duke giveaway for the 12 days of Christmas.
Sometimes people will drop expensive items, but most often than not it’ll be bricks, flowers, jackets, shoes, etc. for the 5k items dumped merit.

There may be on occasion, yes. In the rare event a player quits (and dispenses their inv into there, rare, but it happens) you may find something nice.
You're best off waiting until the Duke event around christmas where he has one big long 12day dump
*edit*there are still valuables in there right now, apparently. But they are buried under a sea of 298726721 of silom's bricks and the rest of the invaluable items

Mostly it's garbage, but as Kelsie said, there's a Duke giveaway around Christmas. Also, there's a merit people can achieve by dumping an item that is worth at least $1,000,000, so now and then you find one of those in there.
I would suggest to avoid the dump and use that energy in the gym.
People have found SE's and Cesiums, so it does happen - rarely.
