It is very annoying for both parties at the end of the rental period:
- the landlord needs to find a new tenant, and so may go a few days without the property being rented
- the tenant needs to find another property before the rental expires, otherwise they'll lose all their happy and have to go to rehab.

Can we have a feature whereby:
- the tenant can request an extension at the same price
- the landlord can offer an extension at X price (the same, higher or lower)
- upon acceptance, the rental contract continues as it otherwise would have, no happy is lost, no empty property!

or at least have a grace period after a rental ends.. maybe not for very short term rentals ... Rentals end at an odd hour, and the timer is so imprecise.
