This option should be locked behind a faction upgrade and a faction can own only one block for each stock.

Great idea, but a limit to one BB per faction is fair.
If big factions suddenly had the ability to farm FHC's or similar it will reduce the number of stocks available to mid level players due to higher demand and virtually no sales.
Coupled with the recent scandal I do see the murkier factions getting heavily involved in this as a way to increase funds.
In order to keep Torn running it needs to keep a balance and let newer players to be able to aspire to get to a mid level.
Super charging already bloated coffers and increasing the tops power will slowly see the demise of torns newer player base.
Torn needs the middle class to be able to dream of success and in turn to keep subscribing in order to keep their servers running.

I like this. And maybe incorporated with the idea of BBs that offer items not being available to faction purchase is great along with Proceidus idea of them being more expensive for a faction based on faction member unlock...
I agree with the comments about only letting the faction own 1 of each BB, similar to how players can only benefit from 1 BB.

This is a good idea for wssb stock block especially to training factions. Other stock block seems dont really fit the suggestion.
