They're technically not really missing, just disabled for now as they're all Crimes 2.0 related. However we are beginning to replace some of them. Some changes and one replacement is due today actually.
Also it's probably worth mentioning that I feel the specials are already well balanced, even with some special slots entirely disabled. For example TV Network specials I think are powerful, so we'd certainly not be adding yet another great special for it, something average / filler.
I think giving the companies a working special should be prioritized over changing others.
It's not like we've been waiting over 3 years or something.

nice to see Music Stores getting some love, they really needed it...hope to see the other changes finalized in January implemented soon as well as changes to other Companies that need serious attention
I do feel that you are Cherry-picking in your other post, about Specials being already balanced. Does that mean the 11 Companies with 'disabled' Specials are already balanced, that their 5th Special (when enabled) will be weak so as not to unbalance things? .... Also, 11 Companies with "disabled" Specials and you use the most successful one (TV Network), one of the top Company types in all of Torn, as your example.
Let's look at Car Dealerships (6m startup), Gas Stations (25m) and Mechanic Shops (3m). All 3 share 1* and 3* racing-related Specials, two have 'disabled' Specials.
- Mechanic Shops have the lowest work stat requirements and 2 other racing-related Specials, the last Special is 10 points = random car.
- Car Dealerships have working stat requirements just under Gas Stations. One 'disabled' Special, No Item Market Fees (not quite as good as the Property Broker Special which has no Auction fees as well as Item Market) and a niche Escape Button Special.
- Gas Station have the highest working stat requirement. One 'disabled' Special, can buy Molotovs for 5 points (they sell for 150k) and get increased Molotov damage with the 10*.
Last week the top Dealership took in over 63 million, the top Gas Station 32m and the top Mechanic Shop 13m. There are 23 fully operational (over 1m income) Dealerships with 5 at 10*, 7 fully operational Gas Stations with 3 at 10* while there are 10 10* Mechanic shops.and 25 operational.
so..... Racers will choose the Mechanic Shop (5 racing related Specials, lowest work stat requirements). Dealerships have higher stat requirements but seem to be able to offer more money to make up for sub-par Specials. Gas Stations have the highest work stat requirements and.....Molotovs?
here is a quote from you from a thread about Mining Companies
please don't reply that Molotovs are a "sellable" Special. 10 points equals 2 Molotovs = roughly 300k. Yeah they are sellable but other Companies "sellable" Specials vastly outperform this one - AN 20 points=eDVD, AP 10 points= Free Ride, GS 12 points= energy can, etc...
If some sort of a debuff was added besides the Burn damage that would be closer to balanced. Perhaps a moderate anti-Stealth debuff, how stealthy can an attacker be if he is on fire?

It is all working as initially intended, startup cost does not directly determine the profits.Revisions will absolutely happen though - we are keen to ensure there is a positive reason for all companies to exist. Mining corporation is one of those that is under-performing.so Gas Station's positive reason to exist = Molotovs? Dealerships = permanent Escape button and half a Property Broker Special?
