If I'm reading this right, you took a loan of that amount from Duke. You received the money right?
Your can simply return the money you loaned out along with the interest and things should sort out?

the thing that I thing that is a bug is that it increased to 1$ to over 1mil in over a day, and since my account is under 2 weeks old, I cant really afford to pay it down, I literally only asked for 1$ so I dont understand why it jumped to over 1 mil
The maximum amount of loan that you can take out from Duke is based on several factor, it can go up quite quickly depending on how you play the game.
Did you take out the loan or does it say that 1 mil is the maximum limit? This what it says for me:
You are currently borrowing $11 from Duke. To pay back this loan or increase it, use the boxes below.
It states the maximum limit on the top box, this is NOT the amount that you have to pay back:
"Duke checked his records and yous know what, I can lend yous an extra $564,999,989 up to $565,000,000 if you need it."
Did you borrow 1 mil from the Duke or 1 dollar?

I can pass this along to Stewie for log check perhaps. Thanks!
thank you! really dont want to pay 1.2 mil to him
Did you have a pi rental that you didn’t pay the upkeep? Or any other form of rental that you neglected to pay upkeep?
probably unpaid upkeep from previous property you rent, the money you owe then taken by the loan shark -> duke
if that the case, then it makes sense you got that much debt

weird, I had all things paid, I have not nor have I had a pi rented weirdly
Castle upkeep counts too
