Staying in jail long enough to use the drug Duke gave me to bust myself out?

Seems like I'm busted out before I'm in if that makes sense.

Is there a TCT time that's best for this?

Yes, You should have 2 tabs open on desktop (laptop or pc).

One open in items with the 2 drugs ready to be used.
One open in jail window.

Simply attempt a bust on the person at the top of the page so you fail the bust and get jailed yourself.
Quickly switch to the other tab and take the drug.
You will then go to hospital.
You should then use the other drug to get out of hospital.
