recruiting problem?

I referred my sister to torn and her profile/name isn't included in my list of recruited players. she put my name/ player number in the "who told you about torn" box and created her account. prior to that I she tried to open my hyperlink from the Recruit citizens page and there was an error and the page wouldn't work (there was/ is nothing wrong with the internet connection). please help :)

idk what an op is, but yeah theDEskostinONE [2094136] told me about torn, and i put him in the reference and its not showing up on his account
