    The connection closure is in no way linked to your DVD usage, I can assure you that. Do you have the exact time of the issue? We can check if there were any server issues during that time period.

Happiness resets at every xx:00, xx:15, xx:30 and xx:45 mark. If you start at proper times, you should have 15 mins to do your training. Are you saying that Torn was down for you for full 10-15 minutes?
