Subscription rewards are meant to come at 5AM TCT on the first of every month; and will only come during the period your subscription is active. For example if your subscription started on the 10th of June and ended on the 10th of July you should have recieved your subscriber items on the 1st of July at 5AM, could you  go back and have a look at those times for your subscription items please?
