Basically after the picture of the guys holding the flag on the first chronicle (the founding or history or whatever it's called), there's another picture of a 'document', the Adams-Onis treaty or whatever. It says 'The Neutral Ground' was basically renounced in 1819 by the US. A few lines under that picture says the Union basically condemned them from the union in the mid 20th Century.
Mid 20th Century would be like the 1930s-1970s or so. 1819 would be early 19th. Idk if this is a typo or not, but if it's not, something doesn't make sense

So basically, I'm not seeing how a territory that was renounced WITH ALL CLAIMS by the United States in 1819 could be part of the Union in the mid 20th Century to be expelled. It's like two people breaking up in January just to divorce a marriage that doesn't exist in September
