it would be nice to have people whose position is to middle man certain transactions and to prevent scaming, im getting tired of older players threatening to hospital newer players who dont give them losses as well as players who dont pay up. Theres a point where this is becoming abusive and predatory and its rather toxic

Since you're a new player let me explain something: Scamming is legal. Bountying someone to next year is legal.

This is a crime game for f**k sake. I've seen people with a decade put into this game and still get scammed by the billions.
Go train some defense, and maybe you'll develop a thicker skin.

I'm guessing this isn't the game for you. I'm not criticizing you as.a person or a gamer, only trying to be helpful. This game is rough, like Dark Souls but in a different way. Either toughen up and push through or play something else. You will be a lot happier for it. We play Torn because it's hard, we love the roughness.
My advice is get friends with some bad ass high lvl player... (or Jesus) and that way you might get some protection. I was in your boots some time ago and even now i still get one shoted by higher stats players. like it's been said it is a crime game and it is a hard game...is not pay to win and it is not a fast game...it is real time with real people (minus the few NPC)
