Longest Chain Time?

What is the longest chain time recorded?

We logged a chain of 15 days 11 hours and 35 minutes.

Various discussions with people, no one seems to know the longest time.

Does anyone know of a longer chain?

Result:
JFK - 45k chain over ~30 days.

Owch i bet that was hard

Not sure. I reckon 75 members to complete a 25k chain may be the lowest member count involved.

Yeah, for good reason xD No one should do it with only 75.
FYI we started with about 84 members

I believe that JFK did a 30k chain before the system was updated, taking them a month+

Grats on the 25K.. the first one is the toughest. Imho, nothing helps you identify the weak links like it.

Congratulations Nub Army, nicely done.

Do you know if there are there any old figures/screenshots kicking about?

Don't think so. You could try asking Z or Gonzo to see if they have any

It took 2 weeks

Didn't they keep FTW or something in their war warbase for the duration?

Z_junior says:
It was few years ago (I could dig up the exact date but ... what's the point) when last chain bonus was at 100, so everyone ran chains to 100 and then restarted..
We ran it for 30 days on FTW, and managed to bug TC by hitting them so much the hits on them stopped counting towards the chain - there was an active anti-slutting rule that prevented you from hitting the same target in the same chain too many times. It would simply give less and less respect. But we hit them so much that it stopped increasing the chain counter all together. At the end, official number showed 33k, while our chain bot showed 45k.
That's all there is to it. Ultimately, numbers don't matter, we had fun and that's what counts :)

congrats on the 25k. a really good achievement for a faction.

Yepp defo JFK they kept FTW in hospital for a felt 100 years. I was in FTW at the time.

Sweet memories...haha
