First he says I was scamming him when I didn't sell him a PI for 100m or whatever the low price was. Then he tells his faction leader he sent me 200m and I didn't send him a PI, proceeded to do some fake ass Photoshop pics. I sent his leader the events with messages from him and he thinks I'm faking the events that I SENT him. Mails my faction leader saying I scammed him and wanted his money back. I guess the bounties bother you more than you said it would.
(I don't remember the exact amount he claimed he sent me but at that time his NW has never been that high for that amount.)

Probably not the best idea telling a level 100 you're going to bounty them.
They have a lot more money than you do right now and can make your Torn life a misery by constantly bountying you, which is what's happened.

When I saw OP mention magikarps name I finished reading his story out of being such a good guy. But followed by writing “lol” Because he’s being an idiot.... OP ask staff to grave this thread asap if you want the bounties to stop. I sure wouldn’t like it if someone falsely accuses me of shit and makes a thread about it. Not taking anyone’s side just sharing my piece on it since it’s public.

I didn't. At the time when this started his Networth's all time high was around 100m and then claiming he sent me 200m. I didn't even have a open PI at the time, the only PI I have has been rented out to this person for over a year.
Just doesn't add up to me.

Even if she did make the offer, she can change her mind. Hell, it could've been something as small as working out a long term rent plan with miscommunication. It doesn't justify the noob trying to force Magikarp into the deal by threatening bounties.
Also, I want to point out, what sense does it make to liquidate assets for a deal that later fails, to then use those funds to place bounties? It doesn't. You lose money that way.

If you read OP's post he claimed I was going to sell PI for 100m and when I said I can't sell for 100m , she called me a scammer. Either way there was no scam but bounties started when he faked photos of him sending me 200m or w.e the amount was or the PI and giving those as proof to his leader to my faction leader to get me to send him 200m.
