A Newbies Guide to making money in Torn City
1. Making money
When you first Joined Torn Gorge would have told you about this. One of your missions was to get a job from the six options (Army,Grocery, Casino, Law, Medicine) of which you can only do three (Army, Grocery,Casino) because you lack the requirements for the others.
Now this job pays only about $125-$1000 per day and in torn that’s not enough.
Companies owned by other players will be available once you reach level 3(which if you follow Gorge you should reach in no time). These companies pay per day depending in your work stats, the company’s stars and income, and most importantly just the all round niceness/goodness of the company director (it can be from lets say 10k up to about 5mil perday).
Note: it is advised that you stay in the first jobs available to you (i.e the Army, Casino etc.) to improve your work stats before applying for a company.
Buying and selling is in my own opinion the most lucrative way of making money in torn. At levels 1-14 you’ll have to stick to buying from torn city (note you can only buy up to a 100 items per day from Torn city shops).
There are a few places you can buy items from:
1. Bits ‘n’ Bobs
Bob says: “Hey I'm Bob! That's right! Ahahh,get it? Thought it was a great name for the store eh? Hahaha... Well... eh...Anyway I sell and buy all kind 'a crap, take a look around. Our $10 bottle of high quality beer is probably our most popular item. You're sure to find some kind of useless item that you don't already have.”
You can buy a number of items from Bits ‘n’ Bobs such as
a. Bricks
b. Kitten Plushi
c. Sheep plushi
d. Other stuff
e. And of course Beer. Beer is the Most popular item in bit ‘n’ bobs. They can be bought for $10 and sold for about up to $1000.
I recommend the Beer but there is never any at the shop.
Good news bits ‘n’ bobs restocks every quarter hour (I.e. :00, :15, :30, :45) if you are fast enough you can make it and look at the bright side you can come If u didn’t make it you can come back the next quarter hour.

3. Traveling
Traveling is the best way to make money in torn.
Once you reach level 15 .you’ll be able to travel to other countries and buy items to sell. The plushisand Flowers and more lucrative
I recommend you try out and Peony’s
UAE for their Camel Plushies
China for their Panda PLushies
I recommend UAE if you are stacking energy that is you just took Xanax. If you are gaining natural energy fly to UK and buy plushies foxes are recommended. Rehab is in Switzerland.Panda’s are from China are the best profit/time but lot of times like beer frombit ‘n’ bobs their gone. Also like bit ‘n’ bobs the shop is restocked every quarter hour.
Now I have bought some items how do I sell them.
1.Item market
In the item market you can sell up to 250 items, that is until it is bought. Note a fee of 3% on each item required.
2. Trade
This is a player to player interaction in which a player sells their items directly to another player. It is faster and has no cost. The trade option can be accessed from the targets profile page.
There are some few players who make money solely by full on trading.
What is Trading: Trading is when a player buys items from other players at a low price let’s say beer for 910-950 and keeps in in bulk and resells in their bazaars.
3. Bazaar
A bazaar is a personal space where you can place the items you want to sell on. It cost 250 point toget one. A bazaar is relatively the easiest way to sell your goods, that is if you’re not looking for a quick money to spend at that moment.
The Torn city Casino. It’s a place just like any other casino. You place your bets and if you are luckyyou win if you are not….
….. well you lose.
I don’t advice the use of casino except you wanna lose your money or you’ve got some torn lucky item.
Mugging this is when you attack other player and steal their on hand cash. It’s a very distasteful act because how will you feel if you hard earned ton cash was suddenly stolen from you. I don’t recommend it except it’s a mission from Duke.

Slutting is getting paid to attack other players and lose.
Why would someone pay me to attack the? Simple, Achievements. Make reference to your achievement page and you will see it there.
