Dragon Ball Legends

Anyone play Dragon Ball Legends? How long have you been playing, how's your summon luck been? Favourite units? Anything else you wanna add?

I've been playing for about 1 and a half years now I think, ever since the Black Friday step up during the first year, with Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Majin Vegeta and Goku Black. My summon luck has actually been pretty amazing all in all. Most notable lucky summon was last year's Black Friday step up with LF Vegeta and Rose. I managed to get LF Vegeta to 6*, which is hilarious, considering I can't use him since the other units I need for him aren't at decent stars.

My favourite unit is LF Vegito by far. I have abused his power pretty much since he came out, and I've been having a lot of fun doing so :)

So yeah, is there anyone on here that plays this game? Or planning to I guess?

For anyone planning on starting to play Dragon Ball Legends, now would be the best time to join with the 2nd year anniversary starting on the 1st of May 2020.

For anyone planning on starting, or anyone who has already started and has been playing for under a week:

There's special missions that you can unlock very easily, which would be very beneficial to you. They give out tickets which you can use to perform summons and have a chance of getting some of the best characters in the game, among other things.

Simply install the game and complete all the beginner missions that the game starts you off with after the tutorial, then do the following (feel free to pm me and ask if you need help):

Click on the MENU button, then click on Scan (it's at the top).

My best summon is probably is super saiyan blue goku



does anyone else play the game cause I want to do the legends friend thing but you need to be under seven days old in game

The anniversary blue goku you mean? How many times did you end up pulling him?

I really wish I got lucky when summoning for him during the anniversary, and on the various banners he returned on. I literally can't use god ki because he isn't at high stars and therefore is a bit too weak for my liking, though he does have an amazing kit.

Can I ask, have you seen the anniversary units coming up?

Nope I haven’t seen the anniversary units and the goku I have no idea lol I got him 2* I think

Ive gotten SS4 Vegeta in the past week. My friend who I was planning doing Ldgends Friends isnt responding, soooooo...

I also have blue Angry Goku and just got Shallot to SS2

Very nice, although you might not use him much anymore with the new Omega Shenron coming out, he looks to be a sizeable upgrade compared to Vegeta.

I also have Angry Goku, he’s at 4* for me. He’s also my 2nd favourite unit to use in the game funnily enough, only behind LF Vegito. He’s also single-handedly helped me win fights in PvP on numerous occasions.


I think you mean SSJ3 Shallot? He’s really good at SSJ3. Get his special unique equip and get it awakened, then you can run him on a Saiyan team. He is hella powerful. When using him, don’t go too crazy before he transforms, because he’s shite when not in his SSJ3 state :)

Do yourself a favour and work hard on getting through the story. Shallot sucks even after you unlock super Saiyan 2.


I believe in part 5 or part 6, you’ll unlock the ability to go super Saiyan 3. Shallot becomes an actual usabl character in PvP at that point, I’d highly recommend getting him to that point. Also, in mid June, they’re gonna release more of the story and shallot will be able to go to super Saiyan god, which will presumably be another upgrade. So get the story done fast to obtain a usable version of shallot :)

The story also gives a heck tonne of crystals to use during the anniversary for summons, so there’s no reason not to do so :)
