Hmm, according to logs there really was no defence boost, however I tried some tests and it worked fine. Are there some other cases like that perhaps?

Well you could the the time stamps, The first one i used tear gas and got hit bout 1k to 2k, Second one i did sero and i got hit the same.

Idk what i can say more then that?

I just trying to find if there were other such cases, or so far that was the only 'strange' attack?

Those where my first attacks i did in a month. So yes the only strange thing, So far.

Guess i will update if it happens again?

it seems like serotonin doesnt work for me either sometimes but i have no proof or logs to post.
i will come back if i get the same impression in the future.

I was talking with faction and one said if the target has so much more str then my def the sero would be irrelevant but a mission target couldnt possibly out stat me that much so got a report for the target stats

Im at 1.2b def on xan but with sero would of still been much higher then 1b str to hit me the same.

I am quite sure, that we found a reason and it was fixed. We are checking automatic logs checker system, that should find such issues - there were no problems during last day so far.

Then how does 330b ish effective defense / 14 (for it not to completely cancel out) = to 3b strength + epi + hp ammo (that's only like 18b if it's 3b base)
