im missing around 17hrs worth of private chats as well
Today woke up with someone's chat open (i hadn't chatted with them before). I mailed them and it came out they had messaged me but the messages hadn't reached me.
sometime in the past 6 hours i lost some previous personal chats too. also some in company and faction
Same issue here. I happened to start buying losses about 10 hours ago so people started to message me a lot. Went to sleep and woke up with ~20 new chats, all blank.
Hi, there was an issue last night that has now been resolved.
Unfortunately the chats cannot be restored.
