I was lost where you were once. This guide helped me. A lot of information to know. My recommendation is make your way into a Mansion and raise your battles stats. You want to hit level 15 quick as possible. Join a faction that can loan you armor and weapons.
Below I have a link to. Lot of guides Baldr basic advice can help you lvl quickly to lvl 15. Have a plan and take it in steps. DM me if you need help with anything.

your can look this Basic Advice for newie :https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16034448&b=0&a=0

I quote some of them:

It's hard to make big money until you are level 15, but you can make smaller amounts of money by going to City, East Side, and shopping at Bits N Bobs or Sweet Shop. Lollipops resell at a high markup. In Bits N Bobs, beer, or any of the basic plushies, will also resell at decent profit. You can buy 100 items a day in the Torn City shops, and reselling those items should make you around 50k to 60k a day in profit. Trading can be profitable, and can be done before level 15, but it takes money to make money, so unless you already have a fair amount of money, it's hard to make much profit. And when you are small and new, you are easy to mug, which makes profitable trading harder. Trading can also be very time consuming, so it may not work for everyone. There is a sub-section of my guide specifically about making money.

for example

i always buy this beer in Bits 'n' Bobs .it's only buy10,and sell to other player 1000! every 15min will restock, your need buy them quickly
every day can buy 100 max

I'd strongly recommend looking to make some friends and join a faction that helps new players to progress. If you are active, and you help to contribute to the faction such as by pitching in by making some attacks when they're chaining, you'll often make some good long stranding relationships, benefit from the faction perks, access the faction's supply of weapons and armour, as well as their boosters.

The other benefit is that there will also be someone in those friendly factions either willing to marry you so that you can make use of their Private Island, or will often have preferential/free rental of Private Islands.

A lot of advice that people will offer up is relating to making money and leveling up, however I can't recommend enough looking for a friendly faction to join to make some acquaintances, to help you along your journey. That's what will ensure that you have a good experience of Torn, and will help to convince you to stick around for the long term.

Being really new is very confusing. Head on over to the 'Tutorials and Guides' forum and read read read.

Also, your faction should be teaching you this stuff. A lot of factions offer mentorship programs, and even if they don't, just ask in faction chat. They should be happy to help since the more you know the better for them.

So you're telling me, you are so noob that you can't even make a question thread properly?

You need some serious coaching bud... or schooling... or elementary schooling....

That’s just rude and you’re not being helpful. There truly is no right or wrong way. They replied with what they needed help with and got a lot of help. You need some help in the compassion department, ma’am.
