WHAT IS IT ABOUT ?
The black med market is a black market(well duh) found overseas( maybe at specific destinations? )
it sells medical items ( small FAKs, FAKs, Morphine, Blood bags, maybe opium)

WHO CAN SELL
Those in the hospital job + those who achieved brain surgeon
This also means that that they can price it at whatever price they want. Its completely controlled by the seller.
seller can bring items to sell overseas of equal or lesser amount than their travel cap and if unsold, takes up their travel cap
Sellers CANNOT USE the items for themselves (?)
The money you receive is in the form of bank checks(similar to when you sell stocks)

WHO CAN BUY
Anyone. While you need to pay some money to enter (200k?), it could perhaps also require certain nerve. Being captured leads to an even longer time in the hospital/brought home without the purchase of any items + stripped of any cash on hand.

Dont worry revivers, it ultimately wont really affect your income as you are going to be earning as well

Your last statement makes zero sense. If it won't affect the revivers income, it would mean that this isn't being used at all. Any additional means to access meds overseas reduces the demand for revives thereby reducing price. This would affect revivers income, basic supply and demand.

So you don't believe anyone would use this feature if implemented?

I have to give this an R-

The revivers are the ones selling the items. You are right when you say that demand for revives decrease. But the demand for the items here rise, which they profit upon. So by creating an alternative, there is a higher chance of earning
Fishbum [2009144]
What if a reviver only wants to be a reviver, and not an overseas trader? Wouldn't this cut into the demand for revives? In effect, reducing demand on their services? It sounds like a great benefit for people who want to be traders, not for revivers. It's like arguing for a new benefit for attacking people but saying it's for revivers because they can do both. It's a different play style and not as relates as you imply. I don't have a problem with the idea of selling items overseas, but I'm struggling with following the logic that it would not hurt revivers.

Got hosp'd overseas? Contact your friendly neighborhood reviver and they will come get you! Pretty simple.

Being outside of Torn is supposed to suck, by it's very design. No access to most services, minimal access to news and stocks. This would be against the oversea design itself.

That's the point, it doesn't need to be. The only thing that makes sense over seas would be the Bank account feature, but everything you promoted already exists to an extreme capacity. The overseas function is just a wasted mechanic when it would be just as easy to come back from whatever destination you come from and do all main trading in Torn. There is the bigger idea of new locations and what kind of items could be purchased there, such as Australia with Boomerangs or something, new flowers and plushies or something, and just in general new locations. I would think it best to promote this idea in a new light, integrating it with a new location entirely, but lose the "reviver exclusive" market wack job idea and instead perhaps locations know more for medical supplies or herbs used or something, idk.
