If I have someone on my ignore list, can they still buy from my bazaar?

I can see that enemies list allows you to choose, but does ignore list do the same thing?

Also, there is a setting where you can allow people on your enemies list to buy from your bazaar, or not. By default, it should be off.

Clicking on "enemies" takes you to your blacklist, at this URL. https://www.torn.com/blacklist.php

Near the top is a setting for "Allow Exchanges" or "Disallow Exchanges".
