Yes, duke hospitalizes you and bounties you. When i gone inactive I was in debt and owed duke money

Understanding the issues, how do you actually get to negative networth? The duke Loan?

Duke loan, unpaid property upkeep, occasionally multis get stuff removed putting them negative. RMTs used to but now it's perma fed first offense.

From someone thats lived with negative wealth for over 2 or so years due to gambling issues and my duke loan being maxed it hugely affects your gameplay, its also added stress being charged 62.5m a week by duke alone lol.
For the most part you can kiss goodbye to using any cans or fhcs for training and everything becomes very mundane and routine.
I believe it to be one of the largest money sinks in the game so i wouldn't suggest it :)

Good luck on that stupid merit - some people get it in 5 weeks some have been trying a year and still haven’t gotten it using the same method as the other person who got in 5 weeks... aka me
