got more questions:

- if let’s say said person drops more than one Dirty Bomb. Does the state of emergency time stack?

- can the dirty bomb(s) be used within a persons inventory or does it have to be detonated within the faction?

- can said person negotiate a reasonable price from people who already have one or are they a set firm price such as other items?

Only one dirty bomb can be dropped every 6hrs.

Dirty bombs (i think) require you to be in a faction to drop, but it is used from the leaders inventory.

You can usually find a deal depending on the person/seller.
