Been away for a while and I've got quite a lot of job points but I can't use them. Says I need to have been working there for 3 days. technically been working there for nearly 6 years! but ok, active for a few days now., def more than 3

Why can't I use them? That's a LOT of 30 min education time reductions and other perkity perks I'm missing out on.

I'm back to being a total noob who barely remembers what a plushie is.... such fun

Probably because you are in a 0 star company.
Get yourself a job in an active fitness center, wait 3 days and then you can use the benefits according to how many stars the company has -

Yeah someone msged me to explain, thanks. I only really wanted the education reduction time, can I get to 1 star on my own...everyone else appears to be dead
