My suggestion is that you should be able to withdraw funds from what you have deposited into your faction's vault.

This is not a banker role, this is a role for you to be able to manage your own funds that are in the faction.
This won't probably be added as the function of faction vaults is holding money for the faction not users.
The fact that users hold their money there is a user-generated purpose and Ched most likely isn't going to make it "safe".
