I should quit from torncity because I'm not able to play.

Advice is try talking to them and find out the reason why they’re flooding u with bounties

If you somehow annoyed them, then just apologise

No need to restart. just ignore it and play it out. this are very low bounties so you are not perma hosp cuz of them, just buy some meds and use them whenever you need to train/click crimes/whatever. at some point they will get bord or find some else to bully, or both.

In all honesty hardly anyone would waste 25e to claim a $5k bounty. It's just not worth it. Then I look at the other 3rd party one's that have been laid and it screams that you need to talk to this person. You must have some idea why this is happening?

Failing that, just log in and train your stats. Having looked at the player who laid the bounties in the first place they aren't exactly a titan of combat. You could do a great deal of things other than restart. In point of fact some of the friends I have started out as enemies. You just need to talk.

damn this is hard

Well the dude can reach a lot more in 5 days than he is in 40 days if he plays the right way and without drama. Noob feud is fun for few days, but after a while it will hold him down.

If he is going to quit, can he spend all his remaining $$ to bounty her back? not that it makes a huge difference, just curious how petty he can be...or will the bounties void if he restarts? Also, wtf is with her battle stats? non existant...that stinks like a garbo account

Looks like someone is bored being a merchant and want to be an egotist( Someone who wastes their time with bounties),
Good news is they drop off if unclaimed after a week. Bad news is by posting in forums your only encouraging them.
Lay low, train between hospitalizations and work on your Gym stats and Nerve bar- add them to your enemy list, nurse the grudge- it will motivate you to get stronger and better in the game- so your end goal is to beat the ever loving crap out of them later..Might take years but, Work hard , be smarter than they are.
There's nothing more satisfying than to beat the people who used to beat you when you were new.
