I've never heard of people holding at 49 for a specific reason....unless I missed something? What were you told?
What would be the purpose of that, specifically? I think level holding at any level carries it's positives and negatives.
I've also never heard of 49 being a lvl to hold at. Seems like a random number, and a shitty one at that lol. Me personally I'd much rather have a nice lvl 50

I have read that busts are more difficult for players 50+. I can't confirm though.
