Some prick is attacking me back to back in order to prevent me setting up the race. I am not sure it is against the rules but perhaps admin can have a look into this?
Just because somebody was in the top spot when you joined does not mean they created the race. In the first fake one the guy who created it, confirmed by Bogie, left the race so it looked like somebody else started it.
A level 100 who should know better, creating fake races. I absolutely am going to start making examples of people who are clearly doing this maliciously. He can have a week in fed jail.

You get it. You are doing your job really well by doing this. Racing is a little side thing in this game. But those of us who like it take it seriously.
