As for the stat graph, that looks to be a DocTorn add on. I can confirm from your logs that your stats have increased every time you have trained. There must be an error with the graph, however it is not a Torn feature so not fixable by us.

Hi I cant argue with you on what you can see I can only tell you what I saw. I trained for around 200 points, I had around 500+ from memory. When I noticed that happy had gone well below 4000. That is why I did not train further even though I had the energy to do so. I had the ecstasy cooldown.
every 15 minutes (so at exactly XX:00:00, XX:15:00, XX:30:00, and XX:45:00), if your happiness is above the maximum allowed by your property (in your case, 4000 from the Private Island), it will drop back down to whatever the maximum is. the logs show you took ecstasy at 16:29:54, so you had six seconds of above-max happiness, and it reset back down as soon as it ticked over to 16:30:00.
you used the drug, it performed as it should, but you timed it poorly so you didn't really benefit from it much. now you've learned to pay attention to the clock next time :D
