Hey there,

Pilots aren't other players but are instead staff hired for your property. You'll need to be living in a Private Island property that's upgraded with an Airstrip in order to make use of a Pilot. A pilot can then be purchased by going to the Properties tab and clicking the cog icon below your Private Island to "Customize this property." Click on the tab that says "Staff Upgrades" and select a Pilot, then hit "Upgrade."

Firstly as others have said it's an upgrade not another player.

Secondly, you are currently living in a ranch, the Airstrip can only be added to a Private Island, so you will need to rent (or buy) a PI that has an Airstrip, and then in the staff options you will find one for a pilot. This then gives you free and slightly faster flights than going on a normal flight, it also boosts your carry slots by 10 items

Hey wasn't that particular model taken off the production lines because it's thought processes had been subverted by no less than a simple Knight?
