Good morning, i would like to discuss the issue with text description on the temp. items like Pepper spray.
The definition clearly says:
Effect: Opponent becomes Maced, decreasing Dexterity to 1/5th for 15-20 seconds.
But according to my informations the dex is reduced BY 1/5 not DOWN TO 1/5.

Please correct me if I am wrong but if thats true, in my opinion this should be corrected on all temp. grenades that affects stats because
it can be a little distracting for some new people.

I have to apologize for my mistake. After checking few fights they are calculated right. I got distracted by the price of temps. and few wrong messages from people about affecting the enemies.
After dumping some energy into test i have to admin that everything works fine.
