I am not clear on this one. Where do you expect the system to take you if not to the main Properties page?

I understand this issue, i think it would be easier if it returns to "your" properties rather than the overview of all properties ( yours & spouses )

exactly what hammi said. ideal to your properties and also to the the tab number that you were on . otherwise you fully reset the navigation and may have to go through a few pages to rent the next property
