My Firefox for mobile had an update this morning, and now DoctorN nor TornTools work. Any suggestions?

Don't use Firefox for mobile, that's the only thing you can do to fix it. For now there is no other solution, until they add it back in.

You can use IceCatMobile as well, which is a FOSS version of Firefox. You can find the installer at FDroid (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.gnu.icecat/).
