I have prroblem with my betting on bookie.

While the game still running i get the message

Please help me on this!!!!

i get the same thing. bets ‘lost’ even though the match is still on

ive got a winning bet stuck in the bookie. the icon to the right of it says match in progress. it finished like 6 hours ago.

Takes a while to pay out winning bets

My winning bet got refunded as well. Never seen that happen, is refunding an actual thing???

Im having the same issue. right after the miami/indiana game started my bet went from upcoming to completed. i would have lost that bet anyway. but i figured it would just get refunded since it never went in the live bet category, and there were two options to bet on that game, figured maybe i chose the wrong one?.

So on the next game the houston/oklahoma game i bet on both to ensure my bet would go live and figured the other would be refunded. but instead of refunded it just gave me a loss when i should have won or been refunded. the other houston/oklahoma bet is still in the live bet category, so im hoping that one pays off the way it should.

Yeah cash is still gone over a week since reported when bet was declared loss kid game but actually won, if there was a bookie error it should of been refunded not marked as lose
