Awarness

One of the merits within torn says "find items with in the city" which I know is the map.

But what is the drop rate for items in the map, and does awareness effect how good the drops are?

if there are drop rates, what would be the drop rate for cesium. A lot of my friends had found some lying on the ground within their first few days.

Awareness increase the chance of items spawning in the city. So with a higher chance of an item spawning, there will be a higher chance that a higher value item will appear.

No one will be able to tell you the chance of cesium spawning. I can tell you I have never found any from 10+ years of playing with 10/10 awareness.

DoctorN has not been supported in a long time, if I'm not mistaken. I use and recommend TornPLUS now.

Nah doctorn still works in my phone. I use yata before I travel tho

I still use doc torn daily and haven’t had any issues with it.

that is not good. Use torntools. Best there is atm. Will very good features
