RR ~ Skill?

I am a newbie and i came across a player! this guy , first shot is mine and i cleared it and i am safe, then this guy , shoot 3 bullets on him in single set/round and then gives me the gun and in the next shot i was hit!

i played him another time actually to confirm whats going on, i went for the higher bet (even tho im poor) and in the second match
same thing happens , first shot is mine and i cleared it, and then in his turn , he took sometime ,, then fired 4 shots at him in a same set/round then he give me the gun, . and in the next shot , i was dead like just before!

i texted him asking teach me how to shoot more in one round ,
he replied its a skill
i asked what kinda skill, then he stopped replying

I feel like there is the high chance of it is cheating ,because ,in both cases i got fired after he hand me the gun

Is this really a skill or some kinda loop hole?.,, if its a skill , Im not aware of it yet,, teach me or if its something else let me know

Also (after you unlock the ability to shoot more than once), never shoot more than once unless you want to lose.

Win 25 games of RR and you'll unlock the 2x button. That lets you shoot twice. Win 100 games of RR and you'll get the 3x button for a triple shot.

Just be aware that every extra shot you perform increases your chances of losing cuz you'll have more chances to get shot in the foot.

Assuming the luck system isn't broken, shooting 2x on cylinders 2 and 4 have no penalty (simplest explanation: RR asks both players to choose 3 cylinders then flip a coin. 2x on cylinder 2 means instead of 2/4/6, you choose 2/3/5. 2x on cylinder 4 is equivalent to 2/4/5 instead of 2/4/6, or alternately 1/4/5 vs 2/3/6. But to me it feels as if the luck system IS broken, so...
