I've never threatened to release someone's personal details on or off site.
ED made in real life death threats and then spammed his "password" all over the place in some dumb attempt to make it look like he was hacked kek

Causing the distress of a player while using the personal information or potential appearance of them, their family or their friends. This includes real-world threats and repeated verbal cyberbullying of which the victim is unable to avoid with the block / ignore features.

I admired that he stood his ground and that he always tried his best to help out our family whenever we where in need. He helped me out when I was an noob and continued to help me till his last moments. I understand that S5 is a very controversial person on Torn City, his past is muddy, but I don't form opinions solely on other people's opinions. I form them on my own and weather you like it or not, they have been all positive with Sharkey.
But, I won't sit here and claim that him threatening to dox someone isn't wrong. On the other side, it would have been nice if staff even tried to communicate with Me, S5, or everyone else in the former PR family who sent mail to them. I'm looking at you Bogie and Ched. It's quite frankly sad to see S5 go, he and PR were my guiding had most of my torn career.
I wish everyone on this thread, all former PR members, Nepy, and Sharkey the best. Godspeed to you all.

Sharkey's behavior has displayed a level of narcissism that goes beyond just trolling. He is so obsessed with "getting even" that he spends billions on pointless bounties that factionmates of the bounties usually claim. On top of that he relentlessly harasses new players for simply being associated with those who dared to cross the great and invincible sharkey. On top of that, his communication ban is because he repeatedly doxxed a player, and god knows what other complaints have been made on him.
I say this with no snark, no sarcasm, no maliciousness at all, quitting Torn would be one of the best things sharkey could ever do for himself. this obsession with getting even just gets worse and worse and I fear that if it ever reaches outside of torn he might feel inclined to do something dangerous, to himself or others.
I wish him no ill will to be quite honest. When I f**ked with him I did so in the context of us playing characters in an online roleplaying game, I have no interest in messing with the man who plays sharkey, he's probably a perfectly decent man outside the context of this game, but his doxxing of ED has proved his willingness to take it beyond that context.
Sharkey, as I'm sure you'll inevitably be reading this through one of your friends, I urge you, seek professional help. There is no shame in it, nobody worth a damn would think any lesser of you, sometimes we all need outside help to get us moving in the right direction. I did, and I am in no way ashamed of it.

Sharkey spent 3 months in fed until he finally acknowledged his wrongdoing. It then took him less than a month to start threatening that he would 'post on Evil-Duck's Facebook page,' hence using Evil-Duck's 'personal information' as a threat. You can choose to interpret the rules how you like but the fact is Sharkey was given multiple chances which he chose to ignore and therefore had to be removed from the community.
That isn't personal information, saying your name would be personal information, saying your job, address or numbers would be personal information.

Repeatedly saying 'don't make me message you on Facebook' and 'I'm going to post on your Facebook page' was just Sharkey's way of trying to prove that he knew Evil-Duck's information, therefore using that knowledge to harass him.

I know what he did and I don't condone it but you guys rile him up and he took it too far, he made a mistake.
