On phone when you select country then continue and then there comes another continue to confirm but if you go to inventory and not press it, it dosen't allow you to do that it goes to flying mode.

This is the first continue screen which asks for confirmation:

Clicking Continue here is the confirmation that you want to travel.
This is the second "Continue" that you are referencing:

Yes, your Travel page still remains open at this point, however you have already travelled when you clicked the first Continue, of course it won't let you access Inventory after the confirmation since you have already travelled. This one above is just an information that you have started your travel.

Unable to travel. Database error.

Oh crap, I searched for "travel" heading and didnt notice it reffered to Android. This on Win plus Chrome.
