Item Missing after removing from the market

A month or two ago I lost a high rated pick axe i was using for weapon XP I thought i was loosing my mind- I wanted to create a report but as i have sold many ice picks over the last few months I couldn't prove the rating but it was certainly the highest i could find anywhere so was perplexed by this.

The same thing happened not long after some Kodachi swords vanished my highest rated

Today when I clicked the X in the item market to remove a Blunderbuss it just completely vanished , Not in my inventory and no longer on the market- is this a known issue with weapons/ items ? and how can I get the items back? am i supposed to screen shot everything i own because looking at the actions log there is nothing there? and multiple items of different quality cannot be distinguished .

Good to be sober, being drunk would only make you see each disappearance a multiple times at the same time.
Weird occurrences though, Torn being a place where staff have claimed that literally everything gets logged even for years back, there should be something, somewhere.

With mass-selling of similar items it'll be a pain in the ass, but for the other items, it shouldn't be too big a hassle to browse some logs. Though it might help if you added a date/time to pinpoint it..

Even if it could be an issue with your own cache/temp files/cookies whatever, it shoudl still be working and logged properly on the server-side of the situation.
