There is a bug with Assassinate - > Assassinate a Target.

When you try it you get a blue error, which is stating that you're missing arsenic, which to my best knowledge doesn't exist.

Anyone else get this?

It is just a crime outcome, you are not expected to keep such item in your inventory. The green result of the crime states that you assassinated the target by injecting arsenic (if I remember correctly). Simply put, this is not an error, you CE is most likely not strong enough to pull off a success.
