Not sure how it works or if possible, have you tried to use a VPN and a prepaid card(maybe order region specific one)to get around country lock on PayPal?
In some cases it's feasible to set it up using a VPN where it's restricted. We are adding Googleplay at some point soon which should help other scenarios.
I was talking about ordering a prepaid usa visa spoofing PayPal/amazon into thinking your in America(example you could use other countrys) then load/pay with the prepaid visa onto your PayPal/Amazon account and then ordering subscription something along those lines. I've gotten threw region locks or restrictions successfully with methods like this.
If rules and regulations have changed due to me not being in region locked areas anymore you may need a third party to send into your PayPal/Amazon Google for guides online it is very doable if your willing to put the work in.
