From looking at your crime stats, you are probably ready to buy the enhancer baclava and start doing thorough robbery. If you go to jail even once, or seem to get too many neutrals, back off and do some more jackets for a while before trying again. If you have had any recent jailings, you are probably not ready for thorough robbery.
Baldr has some good advice here, and you should read it, but drug crimes at 30nnb is something to consider. If you want all the merits, then start drug crimes the day you get to 30 nnb. Or, it wouldn't exactly be crazy to do just the first 2-5 drug crimes for the quickest/easiest of those merits, before moving on to warehouse arson. Many people will say you should not do drug crimes, but many people regret not doing them and now feel it's too late. Think hard about it and do whatever suits your style, but decide when you hit 30nnb.
Also, Warehouse Arson can be started as soon as 20nnb. I know because I did it. But still, Baldr's advice is solid.
I would modify his advice to skip over planting computer viruses and move straight to WAs until NNB 30, then do drug crimes, WA, or if you want to compromise for less CE gain for more cash profit then you could do Steal parked car, or Kidnap Mayor later on(35-40+nnb). You can also consider a personal mix of safe crimes so you can use a full nerve bar and come out at zero before flying or refilling your nerve bar.
