I would but they are continously bountying and attacking after many apologies

Bounty and attack is part of the game.

Staff do not intervene on bounties and attacks - this is a crime/attack game and so the best advice is to not offend people unless you are prepared to accept the consequences.

The best advice is to wait it out or to make some powerful friends who are prepared to assist you.
